From it's inception, The Holiday Spirit Festival was designed to take you back to those days of yesteryear, with holiday tunnels and twinkling light displays, while adding a new twist. This is the most wonderfully amazing, charming and unique holiday spectacular event you will ever experience. ANY tickets purchased will be honored during ANY Operating date of the 2018 season, and are Non Refundable. Tickets may be purchased on site, at the ticket booth, with no additional processing fee. On line purchases will be charged an additional 3rd party processing fee. Things to Know:
-Please bring your printed on line tickets to our on site ticket booth to to receive your entry wristband .
-Tickets are Non-Refundable, as ANY tickets purchased will be honored during ANY Operating date of the 2018 season.
-This is an indoor/outdoor event which may have a slightly muddy, wet or rugged terrain after inclement weather.
-Please wear appropriate, seasonal attire.
-The HSF is wheelchair/stroller accessible, however due to moving elements within the Holiday Resort Hotel attraction, for the safety of our guests, Strollers are not permitted in this attraction, & Must be parked in a separate stroller area at the end of the attraction. Wheel chairs, and those on crutches, will be escorted to bypass moving elements within the attraction.
-Ground terrain consists of several different elements which include: wood chips, loose gravel, and a variety of natural ground surroundings and pathways. Most strollers and wheel chairs can fairly easily maneuver the park grounds, however there may be some difficulty if the grounds are very wet or saturated.
-During Inclement weather please check out our FB page or call 845-297-XMAS (9627) for possible schedule changes due to real time weather.
-The HSF will remain open in rain and/or snow, unless conditions are determined to be unsafe for our guests and staff.
